How to provide more effective support? How to become a trustworthy partner for Shacman users? For this purpose, we conducted in-depth visits to more than 30 Shacman users and potential customers, including leading transportation companies in the industry such as Metl, Asas, GSM, Overland, Asam, Mount Meru, Simba, etc. In our research, we truly listened to the voices of our users and ultimately found the answer - to treat every Shacman user as family, to take user needs as our mission, and to provide efficient service and sufficient supply of parts to solve their problems. No matter which company you buy the truck from, no matter which year you bought the truck, and no matter how remote your truck is parked, we will treat everyone equally and provide the best quality and timely service.”
